Hannah Skinner #IotaSpotlight
This week's #IotaSpotlight goes to our selfless Recruitment and Marketing Vice-President, Hannah Skinner! After reading her story, we can only hope that you can catch a glimpse of the amazing impact her presence has on our chapter.
Hannah is a Junior at Florida State. When she is not tending to her executive duties, you can find her listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers or immersing herself in her studies. After she graduates, Hannah hopes to follow her dream of becoming a Physician's Assistant! In the meantime, Hannah continues to take enormous strides towards her future career. Besides obtaining a position working for a local doctor's office, Hannah was fortunate enough to attend a medical mission trip to Nicaragua last year with a few other ADPi sisters through MedLife at Florida State.
Hannah is notorious for her ongoing commitment to our chapter. From the start, Hannah was eager to make a difference. As a Freshman, she led our chapter as the Community Service Chair. It was no surprise when Hannah was elected our Internal Philanthropy Chair. While holding this position, she planned our fall philanthropy, Homers and Hogs, and our spring philanthropy, ADPi-athlon. Hannah tirelessly worked on a fundraising campaign that took place over the course of an entire year. Because of her determination, our Homers and Hogs event raised over $24,500 for Ronald McDonald House Charities!
Thanks to Hannah, our chapter members are encouraged and inspired to strive for greatness and humility every day. Through every accomplishment, every challenge, and every new experience, our sisters are fortunate enough to turn to Hannah for her gracious leadership, her loving spirit, and her unforgettable friendship.
Our sweet Han, we don't deserve you!
